Description
Named after our legendary team climb of the Mont Ventoux in 2009 this special cuvee is a 50/50 blend of Grenache Blanc and old vine Clairette. The Grenache Blanc is picked at peak ripeness for richness and texture and spends 3 months in lightly toasted oak before blending with the Clairette which contributes a fresh acidity.
