Description
This unique Blanc de Noir cuvee bears the name of the patron saint of Mareuil-sur-Ay. The one hectare clos vineyard of Pinot Noir was planted by the Billecart family in 1964. There is a vinification installment on site to protect the unique and delicate character of this special fruit. To enable this great wine to mature in typical single cru fashion the House chooses to add very little dosage. For each vintage there is a limited production of between 3,500 and 7,500 individually numbered bottles.
