A blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre and 10% Cinsault. Hand harvested and triple sorted before destemming. Varietals and parcels are fermented separately for up to 4 weeks. After malolactic is complete the wines are aged in a mix of large cuves and 1 year old oak barrels.
