Description
Harvested between September 25 and October 2. Pisoni, Pommard 4, Dijon 777 and 113 clones. 17 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels (77% new) for 11 month aging. The wine was racked once prior to being bottled unfiltered and unrefined on August 19th, 2009. Only 671 cases made.
