Description
This wine is 100% Cabernet from eight separate vineyard blocks of J.J. Cohn Rutherford Estate. The block of 1945 Old Men Cabernet was fermented in an open top fermenter and punched down 3 times daily. Blended after one year the wine spent an additional 11 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
Only 400 cases produced.
