Dry Fly Distillery, located in Spokane, Washington, is an authentic grain-to-glass distillery that produces spirits from grains such Washington White Wheat and triticale. Dry Fly's whiskies have always been matured in 53G barrels and distilled in-house using a Christian Carl still. Dry Fly Distillery produces not only gins and whiskies, but also a variety of canned drinks. The ingredients in these pre-mixed drinks come from a variety of sources, including Dry Fly's own spirits, small-batch syrups from Side Hustle Syrups, and other items from chef-owned company Spiceology.
