Forli IGP Albana Bianco 'Delyus' - 2022

The Delyus was born in 2009 on the south side of Bagnolo, on a gold colored molasse, of sandstone composition, in the upper part at 250 meters above sea level, and of limestone type in the middle part. Delyus is the wine that years ago I dedicated to my father Delio and also the label celebrates it with the Mandrake plant, which has always been a mystical plant; in the language of flowers it indicates fury, delirium, but also rarity. It is a fresh and mineral wine, with marine notes, Mediterranean flora and citrus fruits. On the palate it shows a good acidity and various hints of white fruit and wildflowers
