du Prieur Rose Cotes de Provence - 2022
Jean Baptiste Coussin, the 18th-century owner of the land where the vineyard and estate now stand, inspired the vineyard's and estate's names. They have been owned by the Sumeire family since 1903 and are actively involved in its cultivation. Domaine Coussin is the name of the wine produced from the grapes grown in the AOP Côtes de Provence vineyard of Coussin (previously known as La Croix du Prieur). Light pink, almost white. Stone fruit aromas, such as apricot and peach, are subtle and delicate. Clementine and orange peel undertones crystallize into a lingering citrus aftertaste. Lamb shoulder confit with garlic and thyme, seafood risotto, tuna tartar with fresh coriander, and Tahitian-style marinated cod are all perfect matches with this wine
