Remi Pouizin

· A family estate in Visan, in the Southern Rhône. Rémi took over the 15-hectare estate in 1995, continuing a family tradition of organic viticulture dating back to 1964.

· Certified organic and biodynamic since 2000. The estate operates as a diversified farm, with vines alongside chickpeas, lavender, olive trees, wheat, sunflowers, pasture and animals.

· A remarkable diversity of terroirs. Red clay, gravel, sand, alluvial soils and rounded pebbles provide a varied palette of vineyard sites and grape varieties, opening up countless possibilities for blending.

· Blending with a chef’s instinct. Rémi adapts each blend to the vintage and the ripeness of the fruit, creating a different recipe each year from the estate’s diverse terroirs.

· Minimal intervention in the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation, light extraction and no additives other than a small amount of sulfur preserve the fruit while ensuring clean, precise wines.

· A light, fresh expression of the Southern Rhône. Pure fruit and supple tannins define Rémi’s style, combining easy drinkability with the complexity of his soils.
