Sas Le Clos des Saveurs
Eric Artiguelongue, who has worked as a cellar master in Armagnac for more than 30 years, is perfectly positioned to cultivate the finest examples of this classic French brandy. Since 2005, when Eric Artiguelongue left his position as Cellar Master at a famous Armagnac estate (whose name, for the sake of brevity, rhymes with Château de Laubade), he has been developing his own brand of brandies. Eric has spent over 30 years perfecting the art of aging and mixing Armagnac, allowing him to bring you some of the best hidden jewels from this prestigious appellation. The Armagnacs Eric uses are purchased in small batches from artisanal growers and distillers, aged in oak barrels, and then kept in glass to preserve their excellence. In the end, Eric is the one who puts the Armagnacs in bottles. Eric's Armagnacs thrill in their natural, unadulterated form, a rarity in an area typically hindered by tradition. No artificial flavors or sweeteners like boise or caramel are used. Colombard, Folle Blanche, and Ugni Blanc make up the light and lively VSOP, while XO and vintage bottles also feature Baco.
