A Seara Blanco 2020
After she got her Pharmacy degree, she studied enology in La Rioja, after working in some wineries there, she moved back to Galicia in 2015 to get her Phd based on the study of the grape Albarino. Her first Galician adventure was the Sacabeira 2018, grapes come from "Val do Salnes". In 2017 she bought a small winery (already too small for her) in Ribeiro, she established here because of the variety of grapes and the diversity of soils. She brings back the old tradition letting the wine matured with the lees for a year and avoiding malolactic fermentation. She called it "the German style", a long and complex white wine.
