Les Boucherottes, located mid-slope above Joseph Drouhin’s Clos des Mouches, yields Pinot Noir with density, length, and finesse. This wine is round and generous from the start, with blackberry and licorice on the nose. After a few minutes, it opens to reveal a subtle and dense palate. A round and generous pinot noir at opening. Black berries and liquorice on the nose. After few minutes of air, a subtle and dense palate.
