Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County - 2018

These hand-made, terroir-driven wines from Sonoma County are sourced from carefully chosen, low-yield vineyard areas, and they capture the essence of the region's chilly environment. For 18 months, 100% French oak (30% new) was used. Farming practices that are environmentally friendly. The color is a deep purple. With hints of cherry, blackberry, and toasted bread. The palate has a delicate texture with dusty tannins and a smooth mouthfeel. Black cassis, toffee, and brambly berry flavor dominate the lingering finish.
