Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru 2021
Light yellow in tone. There are buttery biscuit scents on the nose, but it will mature into a cleaner biscuit flavor. Totally white fruits. Fruit dominates this wine, and it's nicely tempered by grapefruit undertones; yet, it needs to age. Ten to fifteen years of ageing potential. Taste at around 10-12 degrees Celsius. Wine and dine in style with upscale fare.
