Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
The intention of Lockhart Wines is quite clear: to create approachable wines that pair well with a wide variety of cuisines. To achieve this, first-rate grapes are used as a foundation for the winemaking process. These vineyards in Sonoma and Napa counties provide the grapes for these wines. The winemaking process is minimally invasive. In order to highlight the wines' fruit and varietal characteristics, new oak is not used (especially not in the Chardonnay). The Chardonnay and Merlot are both fresh and fruity wines that go well with a wide range of dishes.
