Cabernet Sauvignon California 2018
Crosby is a T. Edward custom label that was created to bring varietally and vintage-correct expressions to the market at reasonable prices. The wines of Crosby are often crafted from declassified grapes that otherwise would have created a wine that cost considerably more money. With fruit from Paso Robles at the core, the nose shows shows hints of cocoa and dried fruit, while on the palate the wine is surprisingly fresh with just a kiss of vanilla from new French oak.
