"Les Grezes" is the name of the hill where the two parcels are located. One parcel of 80 years old Grenache Gris and one parcel of 50 years old Ugni Blanc. The soil is worked without any machine, but horse power only. The nose reveals aromas of oak, grass, and traces of green apple and apricot; the palate combines flavors of oak, tarragon, and lemon; and the finish, which is very engaging, is savory. Highly nuanced and rich in flavor.
