Domaine Fichet Macon-Ige "Chateau London"
The Château London lieu dit is one of the Mâconnais’ oldest and most reputable terroirs, largely thanks to its microclimate and unique white limestone soils. This wine combines nine of its plots, some with vines over a century old, in an intensely aromatic and acid-driven wine. With notes of citrus, exotic fruits, wax, and touches of sea salt and light cream, it’s a refreshing and intricate wine. Straw yellow with greenish reflections with an intense aroma, efreshing and sour notes wax, yellow apples, lemon, sea salt, minerals, chalk and light cream. The palate contains intense acidity, chalks, wax, exotic fruits, citrus, sea salt, apricot, oak, apple butter and jam. Light passing through the palate.
