"Matouse" comes from two regions: 50% of Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine area (Loire). 25% of Colombard and 25% of Ugni Blanc deom Courrensan, Gers (South-West). Colombard and Ugni Blanc are directly pressed and brought to Hudon's winery to start vinification.
