Le Machin is Mike Roth of Lo-Fi Wines' latest endeavor. Roth's approach to fruit and extraction hasn't changed over the years; it's simple, noninvasive, and respectful. He saw an opportunity to make wine using certified organic grapes from the Santa Rita Hills and jumped at the chance to make Le Machin from Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay.
