Riesling Tango Oaks Vineyard 2017
The vines for the Riesling at Tango Oaks are old enough and have matured enough to produce a wine that is dry and mineral driven. The intention is to keep going for the refinement that young and aged bottles of Tango Oaks Riesling are capable of thanks to the Alsatian clone Riesling and exceptionally gravely soil at the vineyard. White wines from Red Newt include Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris, while red wines include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. During the elevage process, no yeast or sugar are added to the wines.
