Sauvignon Blanc 2020
This Bordeaux-inspired white wine from the Santa Ynez Valley combines New World exuberance and Old World depth. It’s primarily Sauvignon Blanc, which gives it classic notes of gooseberry and tropical fruit, while a touch of Sémillon contributes waxy texture. Allthough the majority of the wine is Sauvignon Blanc, with its charcteristic notes of gooseberry and tropical fruit, it is balanced with the waxy, textural addiition of Semillon to make a wine that appeals to drinkers across the Sauvignon Blanc spectrum.
