Climate:A warm and dry harvest with above-average sun, as well as a change in weather patterns from cool and rainy in August to this sunny pattern, making 2017 a fantastic harvest. Long hang time was required to develop tastes in the berries, but thanks to the cooler-than-average growing season, this could be accomplished without sacrificing freshness.
