Climate:This vintage produced beautiful fruit with a weather pattern that truly felt like a “normal” year. Most of the fruit was harvested weeks later than the past 4years
Harvest Technique:Hand-harvested
Soil:Positas fine sandy loam with gravel
Vineyard Size:0.46 acres
Vine Age (year planted):2015
Fermentation:The first part is destemmed and fermented on the skins. The second is directly pressed and fermented in French oak and stainless steel.
Elevage:After 15 and 30 days respectively, the skin contact lot was pressed and aged in 7% new French oak.
