Parussi is one of the most revered sites in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto and is to be found in a lovely natural amphitheater on the hill sloping down from Castiglione Falletto to the road to Alba. Parussi is nicknamed the “Sorito della Sera” because of its excellent exposure with many hours of sun-facing which allows the grapes to reach a perfect maturation. Bright ruby color, but not very colorful. The nose is floral and well spiced. On the palate it is very elegant and drinkable Medium to full body, very fine tannins and a pretty, refined finish.
