Pinot Noir 2021
A product of California's Herringer Vineyards, located in the town of Clarksburg. The Herringer family has been a leader in environmentally friendly farming practices for generations. Every year, they look forward to purchasing their premium Pinot Noir, which reflects their dedication to viticulture and soil research. While the wine appears magenta/purple in the glass, the unexpected coastal flavors of red fruit, ripe fig, and a hint of peppercorn emerge on the nose. The palate is lively, with a nicely weighted middle and refined tannins. The aftertaste is full of flavor, thanks to the addition of fig jam, cranberries, and a hint of gamey charcuterie.
