Distilling Co. Rolling Standard Four Grain Whisk NV
Founded in 2010 and based in Kansas City, Union Horse is an upstart distillery that's family-owned and operated by the Garcia siblings. Focusing on craft whiskies, Union Horse buys its grain from local farmers and mills it at the distillery, giving them a unique amount of control over their grain. Every bottle of rye and Bourbon is hand-labeled and each bottle is numbered and signed by Head Distiller Patrick Garcia. Union Horse whiskies are not charcoal-filtered and no artificial coloring or flavoring agents are used. Born through distiller experimentation, Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain Whiskey is Union Horse's expansion into something new and progressive – a blend of two different styles of whiskey, a wheated bourbon and a American single malt that captures the four grains of barley, wheat, corn and rye. Notes of dark fruit, almond, maple, and vanilla.
