Climate:In Torrazza Coste, the summers are warm and mostly clear and the winters are very cold and partly cloudy. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 32°F to 86°F and is rarely below 24°F or above 93°F.
Harvest Technique:(from vna website) Most of the vineyards are trained with the Guyot form but there is no lack of plants trained with the spurred cordon form.
