Wigle's Smoked Bourbon is made from heirloom corn and two types of smoked malt. The cuts during the second distillation are made deeper than normal into the tails to bring out more of the smoky characteristics from the grain. Aged for 2 years in new charred oak barrels, the Smoked Bourbon has notes of burnt caramel, mesquite, with a warming cherry wood finish.
