This cuvée was named after Louis Salmon, Elisabeth Salmon's brother, who was passionate about oenology and was heavily involved in winemaking from the House's inception. The Blanc de Blancs vintage, derived from the best parcels of the Côte des Blancs, is blessed with purity and minerality.
