Chardonnay Sonoma Coast - 2021

The grapes for the Barrique Chardonnay come from the Russian River Valley, the Alexander Valley, and the Sonoma Coast, three of the most acclaimed winegrowing locations in all of Sonoma County. These AVAs showcase a wide range of microclimates and soil types, giving the winemaker a wide range of options for blending purposes. Chardonnay aged in oak barrels has a brilliant golden hue. Pastry crust, macadamia nuts, pear, and orange blooms all come through on the nose. Flavor-wise, it's full and vibrant, with bright acidity. The concentrated lemon cream and yellow plum flavors, with a hint of saltiness, provide for a lengthy and satisfying aftertaste.
