By Any Other Name' Rose - 2022
This Chilean rosé is crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in sustainably managed vineyards. The grapes, sourced from vineyards cultivated by Pablo Morande, a pioneering figure in Chilean winemaking, hail from the Casablanca Valley. These grapes undergo a brief maceration period of up to two hours before being fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The resulting wine is dry, crisp, and pleasantly acidic, with a medium-light body. On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of green apple, while the palate is characterized by flavors of watermelon and a hint of moist stone. This rosé pairs beautifully with salmon or soft cheeses such as brie or goat.
