Antique Pelinkovac Herbal Liqueur NV

Pelinkovac was invented in 1862 by Franjo Pokorny, a tradesman, chemist, and distiller who founded Badel in 1862. Though his original recipe was lost in World War II, today’s recipe still relies on wormwood to give the digestif its signature bitter character. Over 30 botanicals including fennel, lemon balm, marjoram, and sage make this a unique and aromatic digestif.
