N°4 is a Blanc de Blancs sourced entirely from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and only from 2015 (a first for Rendez-Vous). This was a banner year for the Côte des Blancs, a hot vintage that produced brilliant Chardonnays that manage to reconcile power and freshness.
CINQ, the second release in this two-pack, is a Blanc de Noirs produced entirely from Pinot Noir. from the 1er Cru and Grand Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims. Here too, the base vintage is 2015. The richness of warm vintage Pinot Noir is immediately apparent.
