Wines from Bodan Roan are made with one thing in mind: to pair well with meals. To achieve this, high-quality grapes are used as a foundation for the winemaking process. The vineyards used to produce these wines are among the best in all of California. The winemaking process is minimally invasive. To highlight the wines' fruit and varietal qualities, only a little amount of new wood is utilized in the aging process. Both the Pinot Noir and the Cabernet are light, crisp, and versatile wines.
