About Crosby

Crosby Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Chardonnay was added in 2018 and is sourced principally from California's Central Valley, in roughly equal parts between the Sacramento and the San Joaquin Valleys. Despite The Central Valley being responsible for producing more than half of California's wine grapes, there is no Central Valley AVA. All Crosby Cellars wines are cold fermented in stainless steel, racked only once at bottling and today include up to 20% Lodi wine to add flavor and character.
