Thomas Jullien Ventoux

Thomas Jullien is a natural winemaker from the hills of Ventoux, raised at the bottom of Mont Ventoux in Provence. He is the third generation to make wine in the region, taking over the La Ferme Saint Martin estate from his father, who converted to organic farming in 1989. Jullien joined the estate in 2004 after completing his enology studies and has been producing zero-additive, non-interventionist wines for over twenty years. In 2017, he partnered with a neighboring farmer, Pierre Marin, to produce wine from his organically grown fruit. Marin handles the farming using organic and biodynamic methods, while Jullien works in the cellar to transform the grapes into clean, living wine using only indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur additions at bottling. Jullien's winery is full of music from September till June to raise up the soul of his wines.
