When we created Culch, we wanted to create a sustainable vodkA in an industry that celebrates indulgence. We value community and wanted to find a way to give back to ours. This led to a partnership with the Billion Oyster Project, a New York based nonprofit that focuses on cleaning New York waterways by planting oyster beds.
New York harbors were once home to thriving oyster reefs that naturally filtered the waterways and provided habitats for other marine life. Because water plays a pivotal role in both the making of a spirit and in sustaining a community, we have committed to investing a portion of Culch sales into the revitalization of New York harbors.
Culch is mindfully crafted in the sprawling expanse of the Catskill mountains. The upstate spring water lends a soft minerality to the palate, melding with the slight heat of a spirit resting at 80 proof, it is perfect for any cocktail application. In an effort to keep things local, our corn based neutral grain spirit is sourced from across New York state.
A spirit built to seamlessly transition from backbar to retail shelf, Culch is the new standard in sustainable vodka.
