Crosby is a T. Edward custom label created to bring varietally and vintage-correct expressions to the market at reasonable prices. Crosby wines are often crafted from declassified grapes that would otherwise have produced considerably more expensive wines. With fruit from Paso Robles at its core, the wine's nose shows hints of cocoa and dried fruit, while the palate is surprisingly fresh with just a kiss of vanilla from new French oak.
