ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
The classic style of Crozes-Hermitage: this wine embodies both the essence of the estate and the unique character of its terroir. Its refined structure, melted tannins, and lush aromas are the result of the smooth, warm pebbles that make this terroir unique. The pure and classic style of Crozes-Hermitage is brilliantly expressed here. The vision of a village wine, a terroir wine, deeply rooted in the lands of Pont-de-l’Isère. The grapes come exclusively from this commune, harvested from several plots of 50 years old. These vines, at full maturity, convey the elegance, freshness, and subtlety of a great Crozes-Hermitage. The color is red and deep. The nose is fruity and floral, with aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant, black cherry, and pepper. The palate is tasty and velvety, slightly tannic. A Syrah with floral aromas, fresh and moderately tannic, which will pair perfectly with a roasted rib of beef or a fish with a strong jus. It will work very well with stir-fried vegetables.
