ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
The wine shows a deep purple color with a subtle violet hue. The nose is expressive, led by notes of Morello cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, gently lifted by a touch of violet. On the palate, it is generous and approachable, with smooth, rounded tannins that give it a silky texture. A wine made for pure enjoyment. A wine of pleasure calls for indulgent pairings. Ideal with a classic Bœuf Bourguignon, it also works beautifully with roasted or grilled meats. Opt for dishes with balanced, moderate seasoning. Comté or fresh cheeses make excellent companions. Serving Temperature: 14–16°C
