ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Its color reveals straw-colored shades, with some pale golden reflections. On the nose, its aromatic complexity reveals aromas of slightly honeyed white flowers. On the palate, the balance is perfect: the freshness of the Chardonnay is balanced by a slightly mellow note. An ideal partner for traditional snails, it will accompany a wok of vegetables or fish in sauce without batting an eyelid. As for cheese, it will be in harmony with a Gruyère or a Comté, and slightly impertinent with a fresh goat cheese! Serving temperature: 10 to 13 °C
