"Italia Ti Adoro" by Monte Bernardi is a beautifully expressive Vino Rosso that captures the soul of Italian winemaking. Crafted by winemaker Michael Schmelzer, this blend of certified organic fruit from Tuscany, Sicily, and Marche is a tribute to Italy’s rich viticultural heritage. Fermented in a combination of 80% concrete and 20% stainless steel, the wine preserves the purity and vibrancy of its fruit while developing a refined texture. It invites conviviality and everyday enjoyment, embracing the Italian philosophy that wine is meant to be shared at the table.

Aromatic and inviting, Italia Ti Adoro opens with a medley of ripe wild berries, black cherries, and dark plums, layered with hints of exotic spice, dried herbs, and a whisper of earthiness. On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy, offering a supple mouthfeel with well-integrated acidity that enhances its drinkability. Silky tannins lend structure, while a lingering finish carries subtle notes of spice and mineral complexity. This is a versatile, food-friendly red, perfect for pairing with rustic Italian dishes or simply enjoying on its own.
