ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
'Côteaux de Tupin' is a single parcel of Serine belonging to the village of Tupin. This is the only cuvee made of 100% Serine. The vineyard is worked by hand and pickax. The Gobelet pruning is called Cabane to elevate grapes and bring more shadow.
