ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Crafted from a delicate base of wine alcohol, this gin unfolds its character through a cold infusion of six estate-grown olive varieties—Lucques, Bouteillan, Verdale, Picholine, Cayon, and Aglandau. Each olive is nurtured in the estate’s groves and hand-harvested at peak ripeness, preserving the purity of their aromas and the depth of their natural expression. The infusion and distillation are carried out in partnership with the NITOS distillery in Claira, where a meticulous, well-paced process brings out the most vivid flavors. The presence of the olive lends the spirit a uniquely light yet silky texture, offering a graceful interplay of softness and refreshing vitality on the palate. Its aromatic profile is both nuanced and captivating, weaving together gentle herbal and subtly spicy notes. Cardamom, iris, juniper berry, and coriander rise delicately in the glass, enriching each sip with elegance and complexity.
Refined yet expressive, this gin shines whether enjoyed neat or used to elevate sophisticated cocktails. It invites enthusiasts into a sensory experience that feels both distinctive and beautifully composed. On the nose, it greets you with vibrant freshness—herbaceous juniper and coriander lifted by a whisper of olive brine. The palate is smooth and supple, unfolding into a clean, elegant finish with the faintest savory touch.
