ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
From purchased fruit from a friend of the domaine, the Menetou-Salon is one of the most densely structured whites in the Berthier range. The lime fruit and fresh green herbs that dominate are given shape and broad shoulders from the clay soils, while the finish is pue limestone.
