At the estate, Armand Heitz believe it is permissible to blend certain cuvées when they see that they are more intriguing when combined. Sometimes the richness of a terroir can be overwhelming, while other times the refinement might be too much. This is also a form of ecological cooperation. Possibility of aging: 5–7 years. Taste at 10-12 degrees Celsius.
