ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Classic Rosé presents a transparent salmon-pink hue with subtle bluish undertones.
The nose is bright and expressive, led by vibrant citrus notes, particularly pink
grapefruit, complemented with delicate hints of English candy. As the wine opens,
the aromatic profile gains complexity, revealing floral nuances of peony, hollyhock,
and white blossoms.
On the palate, the grapefruit character is vivid and persistent, carrying through from
the first sip to the refreshing finish. The wine is crisp and precise, with a lively acidity
that enhances its freshness and balance. Sophisticated and contemporary in style,
this cuvée fully delivers on its name, offering a beautifully crafted expression of a
typical Provence rosé. It would pair great with scallops carpaccio, grilled seabass,
ceviche, turkey or roasted chicken, a fresh goat cheese, burrata or as an aperitif.
