ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Following in the footsteps of Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin is establishing itself as an outlier to be taken seriously by aficionados of outstanding Chardonnays. The aroma is light and airy, with hints of pear and citrus fruit and a faint woodiness. Flavors that start out mildly complex and build to a great minerality and complexity in the end. Possible lifespan, five to seven years. Taste at around 10-12 degrees Celsius. Pairing wine with fish, poultry, and seafood.
