Sous Bois NV

The three Champenois grape varietals make up this exclusive cuvée, which is vinified entirely in oak. It possesses an unrivaled mastery of blending since it revives the traditional techniques and knowledge of the first champagnes. It has a bright yellow crystalline look with golden glints that are brought to life by a steady flow of fine bubbles. Flavors explode on the palate, with hints of grilled brioche and toffee, thanks to the immense force and maturity that characterizes all truly outstanding Champagnes. The aroma is a harmonic combination of fruity scents (dried fruits, fresh citrus, and white flesh fruits) and buttery, alluring undertones. Its flavour and integrity make it an excellent compliment to poultry meals or Girolle mushrooms. 10°C is ideal for serving.
